• URLs you provide for document extraction

Payment Information

• Billing details are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.

4. AI Processing

When you upload a document or provide a URL, the content is sent to Google Gemini AI for processing and data extraction. We do not use your uploaded documents or extracted data to train AI models. The processing is done on a per-request basis, and Google's API terms govern their handling of the data during processing.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and extraction data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and extraction history within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management (powered by Supabase). These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Hashed and salted passwords
• API key hashing (SHA-256)
• Rate limiting and abuse detection
• Secure infrastructure via Supabase and Vercel

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access and download your extraction data (via API or dashboard export)

• Delete your account and associated data
• Revoke API keys at any time
